At BP Transfers, we strive to offer you a reliable and smooth private transfer experience. Please review our booking policy before confirming your reservation:
β’ Advance Booking:
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
β’ Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email after successful payment.
β’ Passenger & Luggage Info:
Please provide accurate information regarding the number of passengers and luggage. We reserve the right to refuse service if this information is incorrect.
β’ Child Seats:
Upon request, child seats can be provided. Please mention the age and number of children during booking.
β’ Waiting Time:
β’ Airport Pickup: Includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled arrival.
β’ Other Locations: Includes 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Extra waiting time may incur additional charges.

β Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
β’ Free Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
β’ Late Cancellations:
β’ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.
β’ No-shows are also considered non-refundable.
β’ Refund Method:
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.
β’ Changes to Booking:
Changes (time, date, location) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

β’ Please ensure that your phone is reachable on the day of travel.
β’ In case of flight delays, please inform us immediately so we can adjust your pickup accordingly.
